How Do You Feel About Using Your Real Estate Knowledge and Skills To Make You Extra Money?

Position Type:
Full-time
If you have some
mad
REI
skills
, you could make really good money helping other investors close deals by becoming an
acquisitionist
!
Now most of you know what an acquisitionist is but just in case: an acquisitionist is essentially the closer of the deal, the point of contact with the seller, and an investor's best weapon. We also have had a TON of clients ask if we know of an acquisitionist for hire. Why would someone need an acquisitionist? Some are kind of new to this whole thing and are not super stars on the phone or even explaining things to the seller. Others are so dang busy that they need help following up with all the leads!
I would also like to clarify that we are not asking for mentors to take clients on. We are asking if anyone out there is interested in helping to close deals and make pretty easy extra cash. The client gets leads to you and you get paid for making that deal happen. You don't have to spend any money of your own to do this. If you have experience closing deals and have a little extra time to do some acquisitioning, please email to
nkyacquisitions@gmail.com.
There are some requirements to being an acquisitionist so I will list them here:
1. You must have consistently closed RE Deals of any kind (ACTS, Subject-to's, REO's, Wholesale, etc) in the past 2 years. It doesn't have to be 30 per month (or how would you have time to acquisition?) but as long as it's been relatively consistent, you definitely qualify.
2. You must know the closing process inside and out as well as know the contracts that are involved.
3. Are you a master of the spoken word? Are you a maestro of the art of closing deals? Then we want you!! :) A strong closer is always good at being an acquisitionist.
4. We need someone who can be reasonably available to actually help with these deals. You all know that deals are time sensitive! Seller's aren't going to just be sitting around waiting so being reliable is a MUST here.
Pretty much, this is an awesome opportunity to not only help other investors, but also put more money in your pocket by doing what you already do best. We have a dozen clients who are extremely interested in having an acquisitionist and more than happy to share the wealth! It's a win-win situation and those are the only kind we like to promote. If you are interested in learning more, please email

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
